Why does the app say connection failed?
A “connection failed” message usually happens for one of these reasons. Try in order:

Credentials/verification issue:
• Re-enter your username/password carefully
• Request a new OTP/MFA code if the previous one expired

Service not active:
• Confirm your manufacturer connected-service subscription/trial is active for that vehicle

Network problem:
• Switch between Wi‑Fi and cellular data
• Disable VPN/Proxy and retry

Vehicle offline:
• Move the car to an area with better coverage and retry

Temporary outage:
• Wait 5–10 minutes and try again
If you keep seeing the same error, contact support with the exact error message, a screenshot, and the time of the attempt.
