My vehicle is not showing in the app. What should I do?

If your vehicle does not appear after login, follow these steps:

Verify you are logged into the correct connected-service account that is linked to your vehicle.

Pull to refresh / reopen the Vehicles screen to force a sync.

Force close the app and relaunch it.

Check if the manufacturer’s connected service is active for the vehicle (subscription/trial not expired).

If you recently connected the vehicle, wait a few minutes and refresh again—initial sync may take time.

Try logging out and logging back in to re-sync your account.

If available, use the app’s reconnect / re-auth option to re-link the vehicle.
If it still doesn’t show, contact support with your account email, vehicle make/model/year, and a screenshot of the Vehicles screen.
