Why are remote commands taking so long?

Remote commands (lock, unlock, start) rely on cellular networks. Delays can be caused by:

Poor cellular signal for either your phone or the vehicle (e.g., in an underground garage).

High network traffic or temporary service maintenance.

The vehicle being in a 'deep sleep' mode to save battery (common if not driven for several days).

If a command fails, try moving to a better signal area or wait a few minutes before retrying.
