Why is my vehicle status not updating?
If the status (fuel, location, etc.) seems outdated:

Pull down on the screen to refresh.

Ensure the vehicle has been driven recently to trigger a data sync.

Check if your manufacturer's connected service subscription is still active.
4
Verify the vehicle is parked in an area with good cellular reception.
